I worked with Sophie to design and set my custom engagement ring, and I truly couldn’t have made a better choice. Before finding her, I visited seven different jewelers, but Sophie stood out from the very beginning!

We went through a couple rounds of diamond sourcing. In the first round, she pulled a few beautiful stones so I could get a sense of what I liked and provide feedback on size, ratio, and overall feel. Based on that, she sourced a new batch, and she absolutely nailed it! Despite how particular I was, she found the perfect stone that checked every box.

From Day 1, Sophie was incredibly attentive, and the entire process felt collaborative and genuinely fun. I came in with a vision and a lot of ideas, but what I appreciated most was how we could bounce ideas off each other. She brought in thoughtful suggestions and creative touches that took my design to the next level. Her eye for detail is unmatched, and she was honest throughout about what would and wouldn’t work visually. I’m so glad I trusted her instincts—now that I have the ring, I can say she was 100% right about everything!

Another thing that stood out was how fair and transparent her pricing was. I never felt like I was being upsold, and I appreciated how clearly she broke down costs and worked within the budget I had in mind. For the level of service, customization, and quality she provides, the value is exceptional.

When it came time for me to step back from the process, my fiancé also had a great experience working with Sophie. She made it simple and seamless for him, offering just the right amount of guidance while still helping keep the proposal a surprise.

I truly can’t put into words how incredible it was to work with Sophie. From our very first consultation, I knew she understood exactly what I was envisioning. I came in with a rough Photoshop mockup and three heirloom diamonds I wanted to incorporate, and Sophie just got it immediately. She helped source the perfect center stone, and then began the process of creating drawings and renderings of designs that incorporated all of my stones.

We had so much fun comparing stones, trying things on, and taking our time with the process. Sophie even made wax molds so I could see how everything would come together. I’m a super detailed and visual person, so being part of the process step by step was such a dream.

She ended up designing three interlocking bands for me—using our heirloom diamonds from both sides of the family—and somehow brought my very specific (but hard to describe!) vision to life. She was so receptive, patient, and collaborative, going through multiple versions until it was just right.

I ended up not seeing the final ring until my fiancé proposed, and it felt like the most special surprise when I finally got to see them all together. I honestly wish I could do it all over again. We’re already looking forward to going back to design his wedding band!

The earrings took about a month to arrived but we received status updates along the way as they are made to order. When they arrived, I loved them but realized they were smaller and more delicate than I had anticipated. I initiated a return and Olivia couldn’t be more helpful. She showed me several different options and was patient with me as I changed my mind on the replacement earrings several times. My replacement earrings were also made to order but arrived quicker this time with again, status updates. Two days later my left earring somehow popped open and the charm fell out! I was devastated.
