Spencer's — Local services in New York

I went in with a coworker during our break just to kill time. I decided to take a picture of a bobblehead i found cute, as a mental note to buy later in the week. I didn’t get to take the picture at first as I was rudely interrupted by a worker who was all the way on the other side of the store who just haddd to yell that we couldn’t take photos because of “store policy” I looked at her confused and said it was just a bobblehead that i wanted to buy another time and still gave me attitude saying it was against “store policy” I would’ve understood if i was taking a picture of the adult toys but a bobblehead? Be fr. Not even that but i’ve taken pictures of other items so many times before too. And where is the policy about taking pictures in the store?? because i don’t see anything online mentioning a policy like this. It’s been three times that i’ve visited this exact store and every time the same employee would start off with a welcome and a joke from the last time i’ve visited, but from the three times i have went, i end up leaving without buying anything because the employee who is a older women would follow me and my friends around and would block some parts of the store so we wouldn’t leave, last time i went to the store i was looking at shot glass’s and she made a joke as me and my friends laughed and continued looking and im guessing she thought we were taking long because later on she decided to block the way w a latter and herself. Later on my friend told me that she was “secretly” trying to take a picture of us, so we decided to leave after she made us feel...

The workers here are horrible. I am utterly disgusted with the looks I was given. I wish I could give this store a lower rating. The 2 ladies that work here on Monday at 5:30 p.m are horrible. One of the older ladies had said it was not allowed for people under 18 to go to a certain section which is totally understandable. But the attitude given with this statement was not needed at all. Me and my friends are 18 and after we had said that she had still not believed us and received some more looks with disgust. While me and my friends were here the whole time it was just looks with disgust, eye rolls, and more. I am just shocked with the horrible customer service received at the store by these 2 ladies working...
