It's on a 2nd floor on a very busy section of flushing. You could use the lift or walk up. I regret choosing walking bc the stairway is a long and spooky path. I also felt regret as soon as I walked in as I envisioned myself a piece of sardine going thru a cleaning station and cutting station. I still decided to stay and give it a try. The front desk lady has no friendly smile talking like a robot. Being a first time customer, I recvd no helpful instructions other than "sit down and wait" which made me feel blind folded and uneasy. The washing lady gave me a gentle and rushed thru wash, I felt itchy and dirtier than before the wash. From the wash to finish the cut, it took 25minutes and cost me a little over $50 incl. tip. I was reluctant to add any tip but did not have the heart not to. I would like to share my experience with people who want to try based on the other positive feedback. I will never go back again and I will be extra cautious reading positive reviews next time.

Absolutely upset with this place and I have NEVER left a 1 star review.

I made an appointment here for a cut for 3pm. Came in early at 245pm. At 3pm they took me back to wash my hair. While that was happening. They took a walk-in in my place without a hair wash.. just started working on them. I do not know the reason why they decided to snub my appointment.. but they then made me wait (without telling me). I checked in at 3:30 and they were still "maybe 15 minutes" more. I mentioned I was supposed to be meeting someone by 4 but might be able to wait. By 4 I'm furious, my long hair is already dried! After being there for 1 hr longer than the appointment with no communication I left because she was still chatting with the person they put in front of me. They made no more efforts to inform me or to apologize. This treatment is disrespectful and unprofessional.

Be aware customers if you are on a budget! It is a very expensive place!

Got a regular long hair haircut for $55. After I saw the reviews on yelp, I thought the price range should be around $35 or little bit higher, and I didn't bother to ask the price when I booked the appointment (this was my fault). I was so surprised when the guy told me it will be $55 after we finished everything. If I knew it earlier, I will definitely go to other place instead! For the price, I might can get a hair dye with a haircut.

The haircut is okay. The guy who cut my hair spent a lot of time talking to me. He did tell me many tips to take care of my hair, and he also kept pushing me to buy the package for hair treatment, which is going to cost over $1000.
