I had such a great experience interacting the 2 employees @ my favorite Sunglass Hut in my immediate area. I think I probably spent about an hours time trying to decide what I wanted. I was taking pairs of glasses on and off, on again and off again, over and over again--Seeing what made sense with this face. I love how patient they were with me. When I finally decided they were able to help me even further, I had a special case with my situation, Natalie was able to call a colleague to help answer my multiple questions and requests. Walked in at today 630pm 8/5. We were not greeted by anyone, and immediately after being in the store for 12 seconds, we were yelled at by an older lady employee saying the floor is wet by half of the sunglasses display unable to look at anything in that section. There was no sign on the floor indicating it was wet and we felt unwelcomed because they close at 7pm and wanted us out. They were talking about us while we were in there as well. Very unprofessional, rude, and hostile environment. Went in there with the intention to buy sunglasses but left shortly...

I walked in and tried on a few pairs of Ray-Bans. The manager Nephtti was very nice and helpful. He helped me choose a pair, but left to think about it and ended up buying them online. Once it arrived, I came back and Nephtti helped with the adjustment and to fit my new Ray-Bans like a glove. He was great!
