The UPS Store — Local services in New York

This is the worst store ever. I know a business has to make money but these people are plane out greedy. I know rent is high in that area but if u lose a lot of ure customers because of greed it will come bite you down the road. They charged me $13 for returning items back to amazon with a pre paid label. Lol they charge $3 for printing and they couldnt print from my usb stick. I has to email them the labels and then only they could print it. I had to dig into my emails on my cell phone download the pdfs, attach em in an email and then send it to them. I know this doesnt seem like a lot but i them the pdfs on a usb.

Going there seems like they are doing you a favor. It seemed like they were busy shipping all these important packages to the white house or some place important and i came there to disturb them. I was such an inconvenience to them and everyone was in a bad mood. They wanted to throw me out of the store but they could not so they overcharged me and were inconvenient just so that i would not come back there. Well it worked, I'd rather go to some other ups store

I hope the owners read this and think twice before being inconvenient, rude, and over charging.

Not to forget that the 3 main goals that every store should have are being convenient, nice to customers & not rip anyone off.

They steal from your packages. I had a missing item from my box I sent through them. I went in and the employee couldn’t help me, so I had to wait for the owner to come back. While waiting the employee told me someone else complained that they were missing a cross necklace from their package as well. Anyway, the owner said he’d file for the missing object and I’d get my money’s worth. I received no call. I went in weeks later, he didn’t file a thing. Told me he’ll file it. No call ever came. I NEVER go here anymore. For those saying you don’t know why there are bad reviews - it’s great they haven’t screwed you yet. The older guy in the glasses/semi bald (he is usually there) tried to charge me $5 for picking up a package smh! Meanwhile the click & collect service to pick up a package that is shipped to a UPS location is free (especially in my case when the retailer at the time of purchase said it’s free of charge). Be aware & don’t fall for their scams!

I told the worker I’m pretty sure it’s free let me check with the retailer & he immediately said “no, it’s okay you know for next time”....yeah okay I’m not having packages redirected to this location again. He would’ve been caught in his lies if I spoke to the retailer. I’m just writing this review so other customers...
