I’ve been coming here for a while and usually have a good experience, which is why I decided to bring my mother-in-law this time. I only wanted a chair-style massage focused on my neck and back (upper body only), but they suggested using a massage bed instead. I agreed, thinking it would still be a shorter, focused session.

The massage itself was fine, but what happened afterward left me uncomfortable. I paid for both of us ($55 each for one hour) and left a $10 tip each — about 18%. The massage therapist’s facial expression made it clear she wasn’t happy with the tip, and the receptionist was so nonchalant and emotionless that it made the situation even more awkward. My mother-in-law was confused and reassured me that I did nothing wrong — and I agree, it was a fair tip.

If the business expects a higher gratuity, they should post a suggested tip range or adjust their prices so customers aren’t made to feel judged.

I’ve genuinely liked this place in the past, but this experience left me hesitant to return. Professionalism and kindness go a long way, especially toward loyal customers introducing...

I have been here quite a few times and for the first time in my experience of tipping I as a customer get criticised for tipping “too low”. I have never experienced such unprofessional and Foul treatment for “giving free money”.

For this very reason of being so extraordinary rude and truly planting an unsettling experience and feeling in my mind I would not give them my buiness or recommend to anybody I know either as tipping should come from The heart and be genuine rather than forceful and hostile.

As a buiness you are supposed to pay your workers fair and create a professional, pleasant and safe environment for all (customers and workers) and not have your workers hoover over you as a customer for tips, as it creates a desperate and unsettling environment.

I do hope that if the manager of this place is professional enough and care about satisfied customers that they take accountability for this review and make sure that this never...

I’ve gone twice now so far and this place is a life saver! My only complaint is that I didn’t find it sooner!!! Both times were a breeze, they accepted me with no wait time and took a heavy burden off of my body! The prices are unbeatable and you leave feeling like a new person. I will be going back and making this a regular part of my routine. Getting massages has helped my performance in the gym due to newly increased mobility! I seriously cannot thank these people enough, they’re seriously wonderful and they will be seeing more of me in the weeks/months to come!!! Seriously if you’re reading this, just GO!!!! Don’t waste another minute, get yourself in a chair/bed and melt away all of life’s stressors....
