This is more than a fitness studio for small group classes. It is a community that supports and encourages your personal wellness as a whole - fitness (movement and flexibility), fuel (food and physiology), focus (mindset, sleep and stress management).
More importantly and personally, coming up on my 40th birthday, SITH has helped me learn new things about my body, its potential, and my own mindset. For someone who is very riven by data, results, and other objective measures, it has never ceased to amaze me what goals I continue to accomplish year after year with strength training classes, yoga classes, cardio classes, Green Cleanse 7-day resets, 90-day Revitalize programs, etc.

I started strength training here in May 2023 and in the last year and a half, my strength and mobility have improved drastically. Like being able to haul 30 lb laundry bags for blocks and not getting tired drastically! I've taken classes with almost every trainer at Studio in the Heights (Julia, David, Marcus, Wendy, Brandon, Drea) and everyone is phenomenal - I come out of every class happily exhausted and pumped up.
