THAT’S OD NYC — Local services in New York

That's OD has an amazing selection of sneakers but most importantly they have an incredible staff that makes you feel warm and welcome from the moment you walk in. Buying sneakers can sometimes be intimidating but i've now been back to that's OD two times and each time I am impressed with how nice and accommodating everyone is (shout out to Elvin and Jason along with Josh!) if you don't see something you love- Josh will try and get it for you and let you know. Flexible on exchanges (as long as you haven't worn them of course) AND you can try on as many pairs as you like without ever feeling rushed or judged! The hospitality and care that's OD embodies is second to none. I love sneakers- but I wouldn't call myself a "sneakerhead" and in the past I have had such negative experiences at intimidating trendy sneakerhead spots where it feels like you can't try anything on and the people who work there are annoyed that they have to help you. That is the exact opposite of the inclusivity, hospitality and patience at That's OD.

I'm so happy I found Josh and his team at Thats OD because I can say with confidence they will be my go to sneaker spot from here on out. DO NOT MISS OUT ON...

Ordered the Levi Air Max 95 from them and after my order they still had more stock of the size that I ordered. The next day they removed the pairs from their online store then put them back up shortly after for higher than I paid. I had a feeling they would cancel my order shortly after and they did. Our recent trip to NYC from Canada had us checking out all areas of the city when we happened upon That's OD NYC. The shop had only been opened for 2 weeks when we were there. Right away, the shop owner (Joshua) was super friendly and treated our boys with respect. They both felt at ease talking to him and he gave us some great deals.
