The $10 Shop — Local services in New York

The 2 stars are for the few decent pieces I found but didn’t buy at the end. First, most pieces look like thrift shop quality and they don't even have a fitting room. They have some racks at 2.99 and most at 9.99. However, some pieces at the 9.99 rack were marked at 7.99. When I was ready to pay the salesman mentioned that 1 piece was 2.99 and the others were 10. I remembered one of the pieces was marked at 7.99 and I showed him the tag that was still attached to the clothes. He said that if it was at the 9.99 rack that’s the price and they’re not the ones who put the cheaper price. I said that I didn’t want that one because that’s not fair and it’s problematic . Minimum it’s false marketing. Then he added that he never have that problem and then he decided that the 2.99 item I picked from the 2.99 rack was going to be 10. I couldn’t believe my eyes when he decided last minute to collect the other pieces like the one I picked from the 2.99 rack so he could sell them at 9.99. And that’s why I decided this business didn’t deserve my support. He was very rude with me and I hope they either change the salesman or if he’s the owner that people don’t support this kind of...
