As long as you stay clear of Craig Hollander you may be fine. I dealt with a broker named Julio who was very professional and respectful, tried his best to help me. But when I dealt with Craig Hollander, it was a nightmare. Might possibly be the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I returned a missed call from him and when he answered, he had no clue who I was, this happened twice. He showed up to the lease signing with missing pages from the lease, then had my family print them out. Had nothing organized at the lease signing, so we missed spots on the lease. He tried to blame us for the Missed spots on the lease, even though he was there walking us through the lease. Because of the missed spots we had to resign the lease after we moved in. He showed up 38 minutes late to the 2nd lease signing, with two slices of pizza and a Snapple for himself, then told me I was sitting in he's seat at the conference table. He made me move seats. He also did not give us the contact information to pay the landlord. Be weary of the branch manager, when I told him of the story he did not seem to care. He only responded because my landlord reached out about the situation. When the branch manager responded, he said he would look into it and then never got back to me. One of the most unpleasant calls I’ve had throughout my moving process. I called in this past week regarding a unit and openly expressed my want to move somewhere more affordable due to living above my means for a few years. When asked my income and savings, and after vulnerably sharing my answers with agent Aaron, he said “Whoaa, I know this isn’t the time to teach a lesson but…” in a condescending tone. Corcoran — I was calling to receive honest advice on if I might qualify for a unit I was interested in — but that can be done in a manner that’s professional and kind. I’ve rented from Corcoran before and it was a wonderful experience, but this call was far from that, professionalism completely out the door. If I could give 0 I would. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID AT ALL COST. We worked with this agency for over two weeks and let them know we had a hard move in a date of April 1. For the two weeks prior we sent in over 20 documents on time by request,many of which were unnecessary and last minute request, and didn’t get a response until we had to threaten to take our deposit back which was well past our move in date. We ended up getting approved by a completely different agency in less the 48 hours with no run around or smoke and mirrors. Save your time energy and MONEY and do yourself a big favor by going with another agency. They have extremely ridiculous broker fees, extremely slow approval process and terrible service towards...
