Just very poor customer service. I asked a young man with dyed blonde hair behind the counter to make a copy and he looked at me like a petulant teenage and told me in a frustrated tone to come back in five minutes, which I did. It looked like he was overwhelmed and the store was extremely understaffed, but then when I came back there was a line of 5 people waiting which I joined, which made me question his original request. After waiting another 5 minutes, where I saw him engage with every customers in a annoyed manner, he showed me a copier off to the side that I make copy’s at. He could’ve told me this the first time when I had walked in and saved me 10 minutes. And when I asked him if I could zoom a copy of a 11x14 copy he rudely told me that copy machines don’t do that. Not only did he waste my time he seemed to enjoy refusing giving customers the service they requested. Everyone has had jobs that they hate, including myself, but it’s very unprofessional and just wrong to take that energy and place on customers who make simple requests. I wish this man the best, and hope he realizes that his condescending manner of relating to people won’t serve him...
Read moreNormally I have no issues here but I dropped off a package last week and UPS tracking says that UPS is not in possession of said package. Luckily I ALWAYS request a receipt and hang on to it until I receive my refunds from Amazon. Now I will make note of who helped me on each receipt so there is no confusion since they reportedly only hold on to video surveillance for one week but claim they sent said package. It sucks because I walk out of my way to this location to avoid the nasty manager Stephanie at the location nearest me. I see both store locations for which Ryan Craver owns and operates have poor service. But I will say this location has nicer employees, even if they are asleep on the job in the back. When I walked in the store last Tueday Dec 3rd at 4:30pm it was empty and employees were no where to be found when I first needed assistance. Read moreI needed to return a large, expensive piece of medical equipment to a UPS location with a prepaid label. I purchased all the packing materials at this location and gave specific instructions to the associate as to how to package. The instructions were printed from the facility it was being returned to. When the return arrived it was damaged beyond repair. The 60lb machine had been wrapped in ONE sheet of thin bubble wrap and placed in a flimsy box. The item, which was still under warranty, cost $2,700 and is no longer under warranty due to the third party shipping neglect. The manager of this location refuses to respond to my attempts to submit a claim. I run a small business that needed this equipment.
