This is about an online order. I purchased the belted coat in double-face wool cashmere on 12/1 while the site was having the tiered promotion + extra 25% off on coats for the Cyber Monday sale and the price ended up being $420. I went back on the site on 12/3 and saw that the coat got further marked down to $350 so I went to the store and called the customer service to ask for a price match. Both told me they couldn't do it because it was final sale. I respect that it was a final sale and I wasn't trying to return it. BUT WHO DOES THAT? MARK THINGS DOWN AND SAY YOU CAN'T DO PRICE MATCH BECAUSE IT WAS FINAL SALE? It was a total scam. Don't buy from them because their customer...

Staff does not discriminate if you buy clothing designated for opposite sex. The guy who helped me seemed to have been trained to speak very gendered. But he was very helpful and was able to provide all the items I requested and price check. I felt his customer service was excellent. The blonde woman with black rimmed glasses was lgbtq+ friendly.

I read reviews from multiple theory stores. Basically, if you buy, buy with the mindset that you can’t return for any reason.
