I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Mei is the owner and couldn’t be kinder- she remembers everything about you and makes you feel especially taken care of. They take their time and really have the fullest attention to detail. I have been to sooooo many salons in New York and have never found a place as wonderful as this. I come every week as I live down the street (usually I see Lulu but everyone is so good; Fiona, Cindy, Maggie.) I am a hair colorist I’ve been coming here for years. I cannot tell you enough wonderful things. First of all it’s extremely clean, there’s an amazing assortment of nail polish colors, the prices are very fair. They are always so accommodating with appointments and really make sure that you are really happy. They remember exactly how you like your nails to be and the treatment is absolutely exceptional. My salon is only 4 blocks away and any time my clients or colleagues ask for a spot I always send them here and they have the same experience. They are accommodating for walk ins unless it’s super busy so it’s great to call ahead of time. I cannot say enough kind things...

Im extremely disappointed by the service I got in that nail salon. I wanted to take off my tips plus get a gel manicure. I asked them if they are able to do it. They said yes. But then they started to take off my tips with the metro card! So unprofessional! It hurt a lot plus they broke my real nails. They were talking between each other and switching like they didn’t know what they were actually doing. I also asked TWICE if they can make it in 2h because i had to pick up my kids from the school, again they said yes... but the result was that I left the salon with bare, broke nails. They were sawing at my nails until they got red and thin like paper. You can see this on the picture. I asked about the coffin shape and I got every nail in different length and almond shape. I had to come back to the salon so they could finish my gel manicure but guess what, it came off after 2 days plus my nails are totally destroyed and I had to cut them as short as possible. I will never come back to this place. It seems they care just about the money. I was very patient but clearly they don’t know what...

I was surprised to see so many bad reviews when I checked 🙀personally it was one of my best nail salon experiences!- although I didn’t get gel or acrylic since my nails are very pretty sensitive. I went on recommendation of a family member who is a regular. The prices are comfortable and extremely reasonable. I got a regular mani/pedi and 20 min massage it was about $60. The service was amazing, they were very attentive and kind. For sure my favorite pedicure experience the lady was very attentive to detail, wasn’t rushed but didn’t take too long, and I had an ingrown toenail told her to cut it all out and she managed to do so without making me hurt at all. 🙌 I felt so so much relief. Relaxing environment. I loved the massage, the lotion left a nice feeling on my skin, not oily, didn’t get any in my hair, and she got rid of my back pains. Will def be...
