DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. A friend of mine recommended this place for a major landscaping project involving 25+ arborvitae trees last October - I spent over $4,000 with them. The guys who planted the trees seemed nice enough, but scraped every last inch of my deck in the process without any protective tarps. I didn't complain because I was satisfied with the job to get the trees installed. They also left an intense mess of dirt and branches in the hallway, which took over an hour to clean. Again - didn't complain.

Less than 6 months later though, all of the trees are dying and turning brown. I followed care instructions to the letter - a landscape designer has since informed me the trees were planted poorly and way too close together, so they are all competing for nutrients.

I reached out to the gentleman who coordinated the installation 3 times via text and phone, to see if his team could come out to help rectify. I even offered to pay for a follow-up visit. No response for weeks. I then went to the website and attempted to contact them via email. No response. Months have gone by and they don't even want to respond to the honest reviews.

They took $4,000 for the job and now can't be bothered to return a phone call. I deeply regret working with this company - go...

I saw this big beautiful adansonii and thought it was gonna be like 50 bucks.. it was 25!! The guy said he would do 20 since parts of it were already dying and I was so pumped to bring it back home. I love plants that need to be nursed back to health!! When I got it there, it had a big house centipede in it (which is fine, I get it, its a plant shop!) But it was also completely filled with mites!!!!! I tried to take some cutting to salvage it, and got 4 total nodes with baby leaves out of this huge plant. For me, it was a waste. They were very nice and helpful. But maybe I should've known better than to go for the one isolated up on the wall. Always check...

BEWARE! PRODUCTION / SET / PROP / RENTAL NIGHTMARE - BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!

DO NOT RENT / BUY PLANTS HERE - the man I spoke with about renting plants completely ripped me off, when I went back the next day to ask him about my invoice, he yelled at me and said to just keep the plants - and to not return them. When I spoke to the other vendors on the same street, they all said the prices he wrote down on my invoice were ridiculously inflated and I had been ripped off. I will never shop here again, and everyone in my office / industry has been notified of this.
