After my review, the team reached out right away and was incredibly accommodating. They let me know the staff member we had the issue with was already let go shortly after our visit, and they also issued a full refund for the tea flights.
I really appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully they handled the situation. It’s clear the owners care about the experience they’re offering and take feedback seriously. Hoping things continue to improve for them moving forward!

One of the worst customer service experiences. We stopped in for some tea and were offered tea flights by the server even though we didn’t have a reservation — cool, we ordered 2 flights.
She disappeared for ages, never brought water, and spent most of her time chatting with others. We saw our tea flights just sitting on the counter, ready, while she was preoccupied socializing across the room. An hour later, she finally brings us 5 flights, which we didn’t ask for.
The owner came over, was kind, and apologized — said it was a misunderstanding and offered to compensate 3 of the flights, which we appreciated. But after he left, the server came back 30 minutes later with a passive-aggressive attitude, acting like she was doing us some huge favor for seating us at all. We decided to ask for 2 full sized drinks but the server did not return.
When it came time to pay, surprise — she charged us for all 5 flights, completely ignoring what the owner said. No accountability, no explanation, just attitude.
Props to the owner for trying to make it right, but the server’s behavior ruined the...
Read moreThis new tea bar opened a month and a half ago & is offering authentic tea and keeping the art of tea alive. We tried their tea flight which comes with 6 of their high quality teas. The flight starts with their least caffeinated to most caffeinated blend.
The staff walked us through each of the taste profiles and benefits!
We loved the cozy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. They have free Wi-Fi & plenty of space to get work done.
Tea rundowns: Chinese silver needle White tea- least caffeinated, youngest leaves are picked and that is what makes it white tea- notes of apricot and lavender, herbal side of tea
Sencha green tea- Same leaf as matcha, but instead of powder it’s extracted from the leaf- sencha is infused tea
Gyukuro- most premium tea, lots of health benefits, high chlorophyll and antioxidants, boost serotonin levels, keeps you at homeostasis- not gonna crash like you do with coffee, leaves are shaded for a few months and the leaves go into survival mode, and that’s how you get the beautiful color
Black tea- from Darjeeling India, pleasantly bitter and when steeped properly get a nice amber color
White tea sweetened with honey, more notes of lavender, fresh and citrusy
Tea latte- hong style, condensed milk and some coffee grinds for taste
At the end of the tasting you get to have a cup of your favorite! We loved the white tea with honey!!

Read moreAmazing experience at Cha & last week! Gorgeous minimalist shop with delightful service & delicious teas. I made reservations for tea flights as part of a birthday surprise & was sad to hear they didn’t have vegan bakery options (one pastry is included in the flight) however, the folks at cha & said they are working on getting vegan pastry options and offered to discount the flight by 20% because we wouldn’t be having a pastry! They also let us know how a couple of the drinks on the flight could be altered to be vegan - they are very flexible. (one contained condensed milk & another honey). The tea flight option is fabulous, bc you can try 7 drinks and then get to choose a full sized drink of your favorite! Also includes a pastry if you aren’t vegan. Our tea tender, Rise, was also so so charming and sweet. She went out and got a vegan cupcake for my partner and brought it back for us with a candle 🥹 honestly fabulous experience all around!
Vegan considerations: ask for discount on pastry if they still don’t have options, be sure to make sure they didn’t add honey - some of the drinks default to honey as...
