Best decision I made of today for real. They had exactly what I needed and service was so efficient. The man (I think owner?) wrapped it beautifully as you can see, and also helped me choose the best option to keep the hydrangea from wilting later, so he put a mini water cup below the stem. Also gave complimentary leaves to fill the bouquet. It was so worth the price, and the person who received the flowers loved it as well. 10/10 recommend and would come back.

What a disappointment :( I trusted to place a $400 order by phone and I got basically what i could get a s supermarket. Since the order was placed by phone, i asked for a picture to approve the ‘arrangement’ before delivery. Picture was received after the delivery. Too late. I usually order online from FTD or 1800 flowers and the one time I suggest to go straight to the local flower shop was a total flop.

I ordered 5 bouquets from this store and told them exactly what are my requirements and I even mentioned that I don't want the flowers in the vase cuz I have to carry them to the graduation ceremony and they guarantee that they will make it perfect.However，as I received the flowers，they were all in the vase and I had no time to rearrange. When I called them they said that each bouquet over 75$ can be wrapped like bouquet. Okay then again I ordered one bouquet over 75$，but it was still in a vase！As a result，they guarantee to refund 40$ overall，but I ordered over 500$ for the flowers！UGH！I'll never ever come...

I have been dealing with University Florist for a few years now for all my delivery needs in NYC. And not only for my personal needs but also for my business engagements . I wish they had 7 stars to leave but since they do not 5 will suffice. The personalized service I have received by Peter is nothing short of concierge. Family owned for 87 years! It is immediately apparent the minute they pick up the phone! Don't be fooled by florists who look like a mom-and-pop store but are really Teleflora type businesses. Olivia and Andy went out of their way to get my friend the flowers when she was in the hospital and did so within the last two hours of the day. The flowers are gorgeous and she loves them. I highly recommend this florist!!! I will never use another in the New York City area!! Thank you...
