Horrible experience. STAY AWAY.

Update. Even worse. Now, in addition to all other complaints and issues. Up and up never had our property surveyed before renting. Now, halfway through the lease, without warning, they are taking away half of the double lot property. This involves moving the entire fence, getting rid of our fire pit and parking spot, as well as taking away the dogs place to run. In doing so they are refusing to reduce the rent, and not allowing a termination of the lease without paying 3 months rent as fee.
Update, Just received another email saying that they messed up utility charges from over 4 months ago, even after the 400 dollar suprise bill. Now being billed again. Lovely.
Rental had dead mice under fridge, took weeks to get keys after move in for garage, and gates. The mailbox lock was broken, so I couldnāt get any of my mail. 1/8ā of tar on top of cabinets and elevated surfaces, and a 1/2ā inch of dust in the vents ( no wonder why we keep getting sick).
Needed a plumber to replace a leaky faucet, first time they scheduled when the up and up office was closed wasting my Saturday and the plumbers, since they couldnāt collect payment. But wait. They reschedule it without even telling me. Just receive a call from the plumber saying hey Iām coming in 15!
The fridge was completely full of mold and missing shelves. The microwave was falling apart and needed replacement. It took weeks to get water and utilites set up because it required up and up to create the account, which they never did untill I called probably 8 times.
Last month, 6 months into renting, I got an email with a suprise bill for 400 dollars of utility charges. Completely out of no where.
After complaining for all this, they offered a TINY $200 reimbursement⦠that I never received untill I had to call and email and complain about never reviewing. Absolutely ridiculous.
Please stay away, they are absolutely incompetent. No care...

They pick the cheapest vendors for maintenance requests and charge you for a portion of the service. Weāve been reporting roof leaks for 3 years and theyāve done nothing about it. Recently, they finally selected a vendor to repair a significant leak in the kitchen, when they pulled the drywall down, the ceiling is infested with black mold. The vendor, who was not equipped to handle this put new dry wall up and painted a thick layer of paint. Not even a week later the ceiling began leaking again. The company will not address this and the property manager is very great at avoiding...
