Disgusting experience. I have bought many times here on special occasions for my wife, and always it would seem that staff is talking to each other and not welcoming with an arrogant look o. Their face if asked for help. Sadly, that is not even close to the worst experience I had there. On a busy day, I was with my wife online, there was a confusion on our part for the item we had picked and this cashier probably had a bad day and went off on us. I tried to tell her to calm down but instead called her manager and to make things worse, the manager started ignoring us and just listening to this crazy person tell her how ignorant we are... can you believe that? I told the manager to just please ring us up at what ever price the items we had had come up and to add a few gift cards for last minute gifting we had to do and the cashier is still there behind the manager telling the other cashiers how stupid we are(it's sad to be disrespected this way in front of many people, but if you act out, the ones being pushed out the door in this situation that the manager can't help will be the customer). Well, we endured the disrespect and got out of there with our purchase. Later on, after giving away the gift cards we had purchased to family members, they found out that the gift card had been used. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence that all gift cards that totaled a few hundred dollars had zero dollars in them and that they were used just a few days after purchase. So if I could give less than 1 star... I would. I have made up my mind of never stepping into this store ever again and are asking and telling my story to all my friends and family so they can also avoid such a bad experience in this store that sadly my wife used to adore. Yes we tried to get the money back and called every number possible, cases were opened but they state that if stolen... they cannot reimburse anything, so lost...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām a regular visitor of Kings Plaza and often shop at this Victoriaās Secret store, but yesterdayās experience was the last straw.
A few days ago, I ordered pajamas online using my personal discount ā which, according to the terms, can be applied to any item. When I received them, I didnāt like the fabric. The item was completely new, unopened, and unworn, so I came to the store simply to exchange it for another pajama set I liked better.
Victoriaās Secretās official policy clearly states: āYou may return or exchange any item you donāt love, including sale and clearance items, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.ā A manager had also previously explained to me that Iām allowed to exchange any unused item ā even after 30 days ā and still keep my personal discount.
However, when I went to the counter yesterday, another manager approached me and spoke to me very rudely. She said I could not exchange my pajamas for a different material, especially since the one I wanted wasnāt on sale. I politely explained that my discount is personal and applies to any product. She replied harshly, āIāll do it this one time as a courtesy, but Iāll put a note on your account so you can never do this again.ā
I was honestly shocked and upset ā Iām a paying customer, not someone trying to bend the rules. Everything I did was completely within the companyās policy, which Customer Service later confirmed. They told me I was absolutely right and had every right to exchange the item and keep my discount.
To be fair, the store itself is great ā they always have plenty of sizes, styles, and stock, which is exactly why I usually prefer this location over others. But unfortunately, the attitude of certain employees can completely overshadow what should have been a simple and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCouldn't wait to write this review after my first time at this location. Very Horrible customer service!! I hate shopping at these local stores where the staff displays such poor customer service attitudes like the Indian lady at the cashier. She was so bitter & arrogant. I was there to do a return...she asked me to key in my phone number which i did. Then she says "you're approved for a card". I looked at her & said "what card"?? Woman: A VS card Me: I don't want a card
After that, her attitude changed. She was obviously disappointed that I wasn't interested in a card. Then began behaving as though she didn't know how to do a return. She then turned to this other Jamaican one for help, at the order pick-up desk. She too, had a damn attitude. Her accent so strong, she could beat u with it. Not appealing at all! I don't understand these Effn females that work at these stores. Not a good reflection towards VS. To the Indian woman (cashier): Sorry u didn't get the chance to earn your little X-tra commission. Maybe if u were more pleasant & professional. Try it, it's a...
