Extremely negligant and unhelpful customer service. Went to reorder an essential part, and after urgency was conveyed, they asserted they had zero ability to expidite a replacement part order or provide a tracking number. I agreed to wait in the dark - they said 2-3 business days. Then after the sixth day of it not arriving (mind you this is a time sensitive PLUMBING request - we couldn't shower) they refused to send another part, could not produce a tracking number, blamed it on a "warehouse issue", and said to just wait for an unspecified even longer period of time. I offered to pay ANY amount for expedited shipping on a simple $25 replacement part and they refused and offered zero recourse. Each email or call took over 24hrs for them to respond and it was made very clear to me that they did not care about me or my issue. After exausting our ability to wait for this extremely unreliable company, we had to pay to completely replace the unit with something simpler. Thrilled to no longer be a Vigo customer! Purchased a faucet in June 2025 for a bathroom that is rarely used. From the date of installation to the time we contacted VIGO that the faucet finish was ruined with large water spots and a cloudy look that could not be removed, the bathroom was used for a total of 5 days. We cleaned the faucet according to directions and wiped it down after guests left. VIGO responded immediately and over a month time span asked for pictures of the faucet and water plumbing lines and requested various cleaning techniques (all of which we complied with). In addition we have soft water. We also sent pictures of our kitchen faucet with the same brushed finish that is years old and used multiple times a day that looks perfect. After leading us on for a month, they responded they don't cover water spot damage. A faucet should not show damage if there is not something wrong with their material. My "contractor" was intimidated by the installation instructions for my Vigo Elan frameless shower door....so...my wife and I got hot and installed it ourselves.
