I discovered the Wolf & Badger website not so long ago, drawn to their concept of showcasing independent designers. I hesitated to purchase online and was excited to finally visit their physical store and try on some pieces. The store itself is pretty small, with a two-level layout. I'd read reviews mentioning rude staff, and while I wasn't greeted with a "red carpet and champagne" welcome (or even a "hello"), I honestly didn't mind. I'm perfectly comfortable making myself at home. When I did select a few items to try, I received kind assistance with sizing and checking availability, which was much appreciated. As for the clothing, the quality truly varies by designer, which is to be expected with a curated collection. However, I found the variety of items surprisingly limited. Despite leaving empty-handed, I'm glad I had the in-store experience. Would I recommend a visit? Absolutely. Just go in with an open mind and tempered expectations regarding the selection.

I ordered a $391 dress online, the dress arrived and looked like a $20 fashionova Dress at best, and it has been a nightmare trying to return the dress. I spoke with a customer representative from their company who told me he scheduled a pick up for me only for me to follow up with DHL to find out he indeed did not schedule the pick up and I now have to drive an hour to a drop off location. So disappointed in this purchase!

Worst gift return policy ever. I'm now stuck with a dress that I can't return and I can't wear. Nice.

I started shopping at the Wolf & Badger store in Soho a few years ago. While running errands today I made a specific detour into Wolf & Badger and I am so glad that I did. I walked in and was greeted by Denzel. He was so helpful as I looked around at the amazing jewelry from many different independent designers.

As always, the range of styles and prices left me trying to decide between several items. I also got to talk with MJ and she's amazing! I really appreciate her calm disposition and most importantly the amount of time she took to help me out as I looked at bags and jackets. Her style and approach to all my many questions was just perfect. I did see the store manager, Samantha from a distance and even though we didn't chat this time, she's been super helpful in the past.

In a city with so many options and choices of where to shop, I always return to Wolf & Badger, and leave the store a very satisfied customer. If you live in NYC, you must go to the Soho store. If you are visiting NYC, you really should make the time to check it out! I recommend it. I can't wait to return...

i ordered a dress for $1,350.00 online January 10, 2019. Online confirmation said the order would be delivered anywhere from January 22- 24, 2019. Delivery dates came and went, no word from Wolf & Badger. Contacted them by email on February 13th, got a reply from Wolf and Badger that they had no idea what was going on, and had to contact the designer (do they have no controls over ensuring orders are fulfilled by their shippers ? Apparently not). Got back to me (Wednesday) to say they apologize and the designer would ship by Friday. I replied on thursday requesting a change to the order , and then they replied on Friday said no, the designer already shipped the order. No confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. Pretty basic stuff for an online retailer and very unprofessional in my opinion. Let’s see how this turns out, if I ever get this dress, that I ordered for a wedding end of April. Shame on me to have ordered from Wolf & Badger in the...
