RIPPED OFF..

I am glad at least my friend who had an appointment next day after me, was able to save her time n money. I was not taking hydrafacial first time, nor I went there for a service bought via coupon.. 90-minute facial was wrapped up in 30 minutes, and those minutes included 7 -8 minutes of steam. No mask on eyes. Still dont understand what type of hydrating facial was this!!! When I raised my concern being respectful all the time, staff was giggling. To cover up themselves lady mentioned that I told them to reduce facial time becoz of time constraint. I still don't recall when I started weed n when I got high on weed.

What I told them was not to add extra service that was resulting to accumulate additional 30 minutes to facial time. And not to mention that they DISCUSSED with EACH OTHER that I don't want to add additional service bcoz it will take more time. After my concern and putting on patchy mask They spent 20 minutes more on back n chest massage and said this what is done in...

Tried a couple session of cold sculpturing procedure last year. Not impressed at first but the result has become more visible lately. I guess it take time for the body to adjust?

The spa has major infrastructure update since COVID. Touch-less dispenser, disposables, touch-less payment system, UV light disinfecting unit, isolation screens.... the amount of details is unimaginable. Feel safe in this spa even at this challenging time. The owner has definitely put in a lot of thoughts in it.
