I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zara nail salon for the first time to experience the Russian technique, and I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The owner of the salon was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the process, and she walked me through each step of the way.

The salon itself was beautifully decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and professional, and I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in.

When it came to the actual manicure, I was blown away by the results. The gel polish was expertly applied and looked absolutely flawless. The Russian technique really made a difference in the overall appearance and longevity of the manicure, and I could tell that the owner was truly skilled in this area.

08.08 I booked a gel manicure with hard gel online and paid $55 upfront to receive confirmation. My appointment was originally scheduled for 6 PM, as I planned to visit after finishing work. However, a few hours later, I received an email notifying me that my appointment was changed to 5 PM—one hour earlier—without any prior notice. They did not call, text, or try to inform me in any other way. I was surprised and disappointed that they made such a change without consulting me. Naturally, I was unable to attend the earlier appointment, and since I booked on the same day, I couldn’t reschedule or cancel.

To make matters worse, both of their phone numbers were unreachable, and they did not respond to my emails, SMS, or messages on Instagram. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for an explanation or at least to request a refund, they completely ignored me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I have never experienced anything like this before. They clearly need training on how to properly manage appointments and communicate with clients. I do not recommend booking online or visiting this salon. Worst customer...

I love this place! This was my first time here, I needed a gel-x change while visiting the city for work and now I wish I could afford to fly back for every mani/pedi.

I got a gel-x removal and redo at the same time as my gel pedicure. This is the first nail salon where I walked away with ZERO nicks or cuts, and no friction burn from the gel removal (gel-x girlies will know what I’m talking about, those efiles can get hot fast).

The other thing I really appreciated was how upfront they were during the service about any extra charges. Anytime I asked for something that wasn’t included in the basic manicure package (like callous removal, special topcoat, etc) the tech stopped, explained the price to me, and waited until I confirmed to resume.
