Dr. Sardar is the best, while other doctor's in the past just wanted to do surgery on my lower back where I thought my pain was coming from. He took time to ask a series of questions, then sent me for a MRI and Scan that showed the real issue of my lower back pain. That the real issue was in my cervical spine (neck). After some time of having to get my mind, body, spirit ready, I decided to let Dr. Sardar to do the surgery. I'm feeling so good today, for he absolutely did a great job and I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Z. Sardar and his team at the Allen Pavilion Spine Hospital where my surgery was done. For the team at the Allen Pavilion surgery suite starting from ASU, to the surgery room, to the recovery room, to the floor I was on 2RW staff, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social worker where I received a care of excellence from each and every person. My surgery was a success, I am able to squat, bend down and to wake up with NO lower back pain. I'm so happy that I finally got the courage to go through with the surgery that I truly needed. I am pain free thanks to Dr. Sardar and I am so happy with the out come that I was putting on Facebook videos of my healing process to let people know who did my surgery and where to go. Once again I am so appreciative of my outcome and very thankful to Dr. Sardar and his team and the staff at the Allen Pavilion Spine Hospital. Thank you Thank you Thank you to everyone there who seen me through my process. Dr. Sardar's assistant Joy was just as amazing by always answering my calls or calling me back right away if I had to leave a message. I appreciate her and the social worker working together for my after care because I was going to be staying with a child who lives in PA, and how they had everything in order for me when it was time to leave the hospital. I didn't have to worry about anything, I feel like I was treated like royalty by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst surgery I ended up in the ICU with septic shock (infection), delerium caused by all the complications, severe blood loss and failing kidneys. I spent weeks on a ventilator after the surgery. I had none of these issues before. Upon a follow up visit, it was discovered that the surgery gave me scoliosis. I never had it before. Knowing no other surgeon would touch me, I went back to Sardar. He told me he would have to redo the surgery to correct the scoliosis. I underwent the same surgery L-1-S-1 a second time. This time I didn't end up in the ICU but, I still have scoliosis and the level above began to fail a month after the surgery. He seems like a nice guy but, he did not improve the quality of my life. He just got rid of one issue and replaced it with two. The clincher is I had to pay for the same surgery twice, which decimated our finances. Both surgeries took two years and when I was ready to go back to work, and I was clear enough to worry about finances, I called to start paying. We were told one surgery with around a six moth recovery, so that is what we saved for. Well, they refused resonable payments (they wanted close to $500 a month) and sent everything to collections. The hospital refused to work with me even though the collections agency said I should demand they recall the debt. Beware! Sometimes surgery is not the answer, even in extreme circumstances. Surgeons will promise you everything. It means little. Now I am the same, if not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne day I posted on my FB that I had found the surgeon that orthpaedic dreams are made of. I had C2-L2 complex spinal revision surgery. I knew how long it would take, despite that, I knew God and Dr Sardar had my back.. I met , from my fb post, a woman who was asking about how I felt about dr sardar . she lives way south and I told her that going that far to see anyone other than him would be (in my eyes would be stupid). Sometimes if you want the best you have to travel because he won't be coming to you. His knowledge and skill go far above any other dr I've seen. It's a 7 + hour ride for me, but well worth it. THANK YOU DR SARDAR, JOY, and ALL OF THOSE who have been there have a ...
