I work right around the corner at the offices for Hudson Yards and they've always been really on top of my online orders. Whenever something has run out of stock they'll call to let me know and offer substitutions, their online menu is updated to reflect time of day offerings, and it's always packaged mindfully and safely (clearly labeled, stacked proper when I order a lot, and clean). I also just wanted to take this opportunity to remark on the wonderful warm attitude of their staff. It had been a while since my last order because I've been trying to pack my own lunches (lol, it takes sooo much extra effort and I haven't done groceries for this week) I think it might've been their store manager, but whenever I order for pickup she always remembers me (even with my mask on) and greets me and makes sure I get my food. (if you see this, gurrrl i love your pink braids, wear 'em out!) They're a great place and I always recommend it to my coworkers for a healthy, fast, yummy...

One of the worst food experiences I have ever had. They are only open until 6 at the time and we got there at 5:40 and the girls looked at us like "you are really coming right now?". They were so incredibly rude to us. My fiancé asked for no tomatoes on his salad and they forgot, and he reminded them. They had to start over and they threw the pan hard into the dirty dishes pile. They then lied to me saying they didn't have any falafel left. I said that was fine, and then another worker came over to tell her that she should make it. She rolled her eyes and made it for me, but they were rock hard.. like I thought I was going to break my tooth when I bit into it, type of hard.
