If you value your safety and money dont go here. They will ask to come to your home. Dangerous and pathetic service. Absolutely ridiculous and is a pathetic service. I went for threading clean up and a college student started working on me. She kept on pressurizing me to do upper lip threading. 4 times in 5 minutes. Then, before she started cleaning up the brows I gave her specific instructions. Only clean up, brow shape shouldn't be touched. A thin line of hair beneath the brows shouldn't be touched too. I also repeated my instructions and confirmed if she understood them. She performed the clean up and I could tell she is an amateur because she was not doing it properly. When I checked in the mirror lighting was so bizarre and dull that I couldn't tell if the work was done appropriately. I had to leave after as I was late for work. Being the kind person I am I still left a tip because I understand that these technicians don't earn a lot beyond minimum wage. When I saw my brows in the daylight yesterday, the day when I got them done I was so upset to see a lot of tiny hair still in the area that I had asked the clean up for. I called them immediately. First time they pretended that they didnt hear me kept in saying hello hello,disconnected the call. Next time the woman I spoke to said can you stop by again. I live an hour atleast so no I am not making another trip. I politely asked for the refund and offered to send them pics. Which I did immediately that clearly show that the clean up was not done. They had 1 job. No response. Followed up again. Per policy she says, can't issue refund. Which policy? I reported the problem same day and sent proof. They refused to issue refund and kept on saying either I should go back or they can stop by. This is nyc. I am not letting a stranger into my home. That is a safety issue. Now I am wondering why are they even asking to stop by, that's a dangerous territory right territory.

I’ve been coming here for over three years now ever since the first time I got my eyebrows done. My sister was the one who introduced me to this place years ago and she’s been coming here ever since as well. Zubi, the owner was always available whenever I needed my eyebrows done and she was always so sweet, nice, and caring with me and every other customer that came in. She always made me feel comfortable and ever since I moved, it takes me more than an hour to get to her but I still come because Zubi is the best one when it comes to eyebrow threading and any other services she provides. She makes the environment very welcoming and the area is always cleaned and organized. Her prices are also really good and she provides the best service ever!! I love coming here, I know that she always makes time for her customer and try’s to go according to their schedule rather than hers, she’s very flexible with it, and she will make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in that door!! She’s really the best!! I definitely recommend coming here!!! Zubi always and still is a compassionate person, more importantly she provides high quality service for her clients. i know this because i sent her friends and now my nieces and they are loyal clients of hers now. i followed Zubi for many years, even while changing locations. What i respected about Zubi she always kept everything professional, moving can be challenging but she always showed enthusiasm in her work and kept people up to date.
