I was served by the best, « Devante » I hope I spelled his name correctly. I needed a new sneaker to fit my feet is challenging, because of orthotics and issues with my feet (bunions and pain). He was so patient with me and took the time to give me he information from his experience. I ended up buying the 574 in men’s for width and in a size 8.5 because when my feet swell later in the day the 8 was too tight! I love them and I want to recommend his services for challenging clients! They have great selection but I give 1 star for customer service. I checked out the second floor and received poor customer service. The staff was already irritated getting my shoes. I will never come back here and will check out other shoe stores instead. I was a buying customer and was treated badly. I was asking different sizes/colors to make sure i buy the right one, the staff even asked me what I really want in an irritatingly manner. The staff even told me to get the shoes for him, the one that I wasn't buying. He should be the one packing up and he asked his customer to get it for him. I'm sorry that I have to give a bad review. But yesterday I tried to buy a pair of sneakers, I had what I wanted in my hands trying to find an employee to assist. No one came to help. So I went to counter and ask for help requested my size, worker requested them. I also ask a question asking to describe the difference between a pair of sneakers that I saw online, same color same style same grade school size and I swear I was getting more confused as he spoke.
