A Christmas To Remember, Newport — Local services in Newport

I shop in this store all the time, and to say I’m disappointed, I bought two Resin Reindeers for my fireplace about 3 weeks ago.That next morning I took them out of the bag, and one of the antlers were broken! I called that morning and spoke to the owner, she never said, she was sorry it was broken, or offered to replace or at least have it fixed she actually totally blew me off.So I called again today and just didn’t care I spent 30 dollars a piece for these.I would never shop there again! This owner just doesent care I even asked her, if she could tell me the company she bought them from.She said she didn’t know and claimed that she wrapped them in tissue paper.And couldn’t be responsible for them once they left the store! So be very careful when buying from her!I get that I do but she truly doesn’t...

This location, Newport RI, is NOT open. The store is moving location, just a few doors down from where they were. There is no message when you call the number listed that they are closed. Their website does not make any mention that they are closed. Terrible way to run a business.

Update Oct'23: went to new location and told Mgr that the number listed on website is not working. Apparently the wrong number is listed but Mgr not too concerned about it. In fact received email receipt and it has wrong address as well as wrong...

Wendy, one of the owners of this shop went above and beyond this Christmas for myself and my husband. The customer service of this place is phenomenal. I second Yvonne's review below. They are amazing. I had an ornament shipped to my doorstep that I hold near and dear to my heart. The shop in person is adorable and thanks to Wendy and India when my husband and I return to Newport next October we will definitely be stopping back in for more special, meaningful ornaments.
