Unfortunately ran into uncaring associate and the co-manager Jessica. I returned a top purchased during the holiday period which required return by 31 Jan. I was unable to do so, as my husband had a fall and required surgery. I requested some leniency with that return policy given the situation. Sadly, both employees were unwilling to help.
