I would like to recognize and celebrate the employees of the Old Orchard store in Skokie Illinois who have gone above and beyond in demonstrating genuine care in their customer service. These individuals embody the very heart of The Little Words Project's mission—connecting people, spreading love, and turning small acts of kindness into something unstoppable.

Through their compassion, attentiveness, and dedication, I have seen them transform ordinary interactions into meaningful connections. Their actions not only enrich the customer experience but also inspire all of us to continue building a culture rooted in kindness, empathy, and unstoppable love. This has certainly been true for me but I have also observed it when they are interacting with others.

I love coming into the store to shop or to create a new bracelet. There is always an atmosphere of attentiveness and caring. Aleksandra, Cameron, Javi, Moriah, Winnie, Kat, and Uruj all deserve a major shout out for the environment they create. This goes far beyond just being employees of a retail store, they great each customer, offer assistance and show kindness. They are truly brand representatives for The Little Words...

We visited Little Words Project at Old Orchard for my stepdaughter’s 8th birthday, and it was absolutely magical! I first heard about it from a friend who brought her daughter, and I’m so glad we followed her lead. The concept is adorable—empowering and creative bracelet making that kids (and adults!) love.

My stepdaughter had an absolute blast designing her own bracelet, and the staff made the experience extra special. Camryn was especially amazing—so kind, patient, and helpful. Since it was her birthday, Camryn even surprised her with the sweetest crochet flower bouquet, which totally made her day.

My Little Words Project bracelet broke, I was able to pick up almost all beads, but I did not know if the bracelet can be fixed. It was given to me as gift after my grandson birth, so it was very special. I found that store by accident and asked if the bracelet can be fixed. Alexandra, the associate was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.She was able to find the original purchase on line and took all the beads. After one hour she called me to let me know that it was ready for pickup. My bracelet looked brand new, she added a few beads I lost and there was no charge for this service.
