The associate with curly gray hair and small, framed glasses was incredibly rude both times I went here this past month. The first time I came in she made comments to her coworker about wanting to ‘get rid of us’ as fast as she could. Just now I went to return a necklace and she made a comment about how incredibly annoying it was to do because I purchased it from a different store. She then made comments about the other stores’ workers wrapped it ‘too tightly’ and made comments about the lack of work they must have to do. Two girls were working on a Tuesday afternoon. No one else in the store. I was never acknowledged the entire time I was shopping. Not when I entered, not when I was looking for a dressing room, and not when I left. I tried on dresses and was going to buy one but ended up leaving and not spending my money on the terrible customer service. When I was looking for dresses, the 2 girls were standing in front of the rack and never moved and just continued to talk about how they were going to dress the mannequins....
