I have to say that the overall experience for me was a bit overwhelming at first but the store seems to be a pretty amazing store, full of many Disney Wonders that I think that anyone, rather young or older can relate to and let their minds imagine and run wild, however, what was really special for me personally, was what I had witnessed today at this location around about 7:30pm which not only left me astonished, but also amazed. Speaking as a former District Manager of retail who once oversaw twenty - plus stores and well over 100 employees. It was what this young store manager(Darron) had done for this younger lady who had to have been no more than 19 years old, who happened to had come into the store, just to purchase quite an extravagant gift for her boyfriend whose birthday was the very next day. The problem had surfaced when it came to purchasing the item at the register and the young woman had lost a majority of her money and had only a few dollars. Scrambling to search for the money that she had lost, of course the young woman had started to panic a bit, with a puzzled look on her face, wondering where her money had went. She had became a bit worried that she wouldn't be able to purchase the gift for her boyfriend, since it happened to be the very last one on the shelf. At this point, the store manager had reassured her that everything was going to be fine and that she could return tomorrow to purchase the item since it was coming close to closing time and that he would set the item aside, specifically for her, to make sure that her boyfriend receive the gift that she had thought of just for him............I was truly amazed by this store manager's action and just based off that alone, it will continue to keep me coming back as a customer to shop at this specific location! As long as there are great manager's around with an awesome team behind them, I have absolutely no doubt in mind that stores like this will always be...

Haven't too long visited this stores location in Northwoods Mall and I must say, I am highly discouraged and disappointed from ever visiting again. Let me explain as to why, I have been shopping here for quite a number of years, and to my understanding now, three additional members of management, including the store manager have all recently quit at the same time, due to the stress and constant harassment by the levels of upper management, starting with the District Manager, Cole and the Regional Manager, Keith! I am not sure what kind of District Manager or even upper levels of management, blatantly harasses their team of employees, but in my years as a District Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President, I have never heard of such bafooney. Since this new District Manager has come into control, it seems that these stores have been in constant chaos such as this one has. The sad thing is.......everyone isn't fit to lead, and everyone isn't fit to be in Management roles! I am hoping that this locations Corporation looks strategically into this matter because this is clearly unacceptable on the faults of upper management, and at the end of the day, it is the customers, who ends up suffering, as well as retail and business overall. To my understanding, they also fired the last store Manager, once again......very unacceptable on upper management's part!!!! My employees never had to go thru such constant fear when they came in for their shifts. Every last member of upper management, which includes, District Manager & Regional Manager, needs to be relieved of their duties and replaced immediately since they have proven to be more problematic then resourceful within this company's...

This box lunch is pretty good, but definitely not the best! Overall the staff is pretty good and it's always stocked. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is because they don't seem to have as big of a variety as some of the other stores. It's well stocked, but they don't have as many items coming in and out as some of the other locations. The best location is in my opinion the one in Pooler, GA at the Tanger and then the one on in Myrtle Beach at Grand Coastal Mall.
