SV Crystals — Local services in North Charleston

I am so incredibly disappointed from this place. I used to be a good customer here and would buy things from this place every month. I visited yesterday to try and buy another necklace that had already broke, which if it breaks you buy a new one because the necklace ran its course. I tried looking everywhere for another necklace or another bracelet in the store and they had none because the owner likes to switch her inventory which was fine. I bumped into a friend there and she told me that when I got home the ladies that were working there were accusing me of stealing. Stealing what !?! No wonder why when I asked this girl with the bangs and black glasses how certain crystals worked she was giving me attitude and being very rude and talking to me like if I should know already. That is so unprofessional of staff accusing their customers of stealing. I obviously didn’t. Check the cameras . But I now obviously feel unsafe going back and you guys won’t ever be seeing a dollar from me again!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Also, since I didn’t want to go back I found what I needed online for a lot cheaper. Save your time and your money from this place. The store was well stocked with various items from teas, candles, crystals, etc. It reminded me of the New Age shops from the 90s, bright with lots of glass, but no real atmosphere. While some items appeared authentic, I saw a bust of Odin heavily marked up from the $46 that Walmart charges for the same item as were several other mass marketed pieces. There were a basket of wands, $25 for a polished oak stick, no wrappings or embellishments. The selection of herbs and oils are minimal, and the oils are heavily marked up for the same brand and size. There is a large selection of beaded bracelets and I suspect many of them are dyed. That does not mean they are not real minerals, however they appear to be lower quality and dyed to look better. The two sales people lacked any enthusiasm. Popped into this shop while at the mall to just check it out. My daughter and I ended up chatting with Koli for quite a bit, which really was like an astrology reading. They were very accurate in outlining both of our personalties and brought up some things to my daughter that had her eyes leaking. I have never gone into a crystal shop and felt so awakened and welcomed like I was in here. This shop has the best selection of crystals, jewelry, books & decorations and has the best prices. Koli provided the best customer service and packaged our items so beautifully. This is one small business that I will definitely return to...
