Honestly, the worst haircut ever. Firstly, I asked to fix it 3 times and I still got home with the hair shorter on the right side then on the left. Secondly, my haircut lasted more than an hour because they were busy talking, not working. Thirdly, I paid A LOT for such a low quality of service. $60 to know how they spent last night and I got a cheap fade? That's crazy. I had a haircut for $15 with college students, I had a haircut for $20 in a really cheap barbershop, I had a haircut for $30 in a family owned barbershop. They paid attention to my head, my hair, worked fast and I never left with asymmetrical haircut. I'm mad and it's not even the situation when I can fix it with some styling gel. Guys, you need to hire people with education for that price. And at least offer me a drink so I can calm down after.
UPD: The owner contacted me on Google Maps and offered a refund. I sent him an email that I work nights and feel embarrassed to get back to the shop, I sent him pictures and said that he can send money back if he thinks it's honest, I can edit a review. I haven't received...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place. I just moved up here about a month ago and had high hopes this would be my go-to barbershop. The environment was clean, the vibe was solid, and the barber himself was chill. Everything felt good walking in.
I paid $40 for a basic cut, which isn’t exactly cheap, so I expected to at least walk out with the cut I asked for. I asked for a low skin fade and one inch off the top. Instead, I ended up with a medium skin fade and more than two inches taken off the top. Once I got home and looked in the mirror, it honestly felt more like a military cut than what I described.
I drove twenty minutes to give this place a shot and really wanted it to work out, but I left disappointed with how short it was, especially after being pretty specific with what I wanted. I’m not trying to bash anyone, just hoping the feedback is taken seriously. A good cut is all about trust and communication, and I just didn’t feel like what I asked for was really heard.
Hoping this helps tighten things up for the next person because the shop itself has a lot...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut at Clipper Craft Hair Company in North Charleston. As a walk-in customer, I was thoroughly impressed by the accommodating nature of the staff. Despite not having an appointment, Carlos Gomez kindly accepted me without any hesitation.
Carlos’s professionalism and skill are truly commendable. He provided me with a haircut that exceeded my expectations, leaving me extremely satisfied. It is rare to find a barber who can deliver a haircut that makes one feel like a true gentleman, but Carlos achieved just that. His attention to detail and understanding of my style preferences were impeccable.
I highly recommend Carlos Gomez and Clipper Craft Hair Company for anyone seeking a top-notch haircut. Thank you, Carlos, for your excellent service and for ensuring I left the barbershop...
