I ordered my food for delivery and they take over hour all the time even if I call right at 11. Which that isn't really the problem bc I understand it's delivery. But it's been 2 times I've ordered and they don't bring me my drink. The first time I was like ok just bring it, they brought it literally 45 min after. Then the second time they didn't bring my drink again, I was able to catch the driver before he left and he said that he didn't know and that he will bring right back. So I waited like 25 min and I called the place and I explained to the lady what was going on and she said oh ok well do you want it now or later. I said now and she oh well I don't have a driver so until one gets back. I said well I waited 1 1/2 I got my food but no drink. I said can you just refund me and she said how? I said just put the money back on my card. And she said we don't do refund you can either get when a driver comes or next time? I was already upset that I didn't get my drink and for her to tell me that I can wait another 30 minutes minimum or next time I buy it, I was really mad. In the end their service sucks i guess I will not be ordering drinks...

Upon ordering my food I felt the order taker had an attitude. I overlooked that and continued browsing the menu. I finally decided to have shrimp egg foo young, with vegetable fried rice and some pork fried wontons. I paid $26 for my meal and for me if itās good itās work the price. I get it back to my room not thinking I needed to check my bag and they didnāt even put my order of wontons in the bag. I went back and they made a fresh order that they forgot to make in the first place. Got back to my room and ate my meal. The fried rice was yellow. I canāt stand yellow rice. I like traditional white fried rice. The dipping sauce for the wontons did not taste good at all. Although the shrimp egg foo young was not what I was accustomed to I made the best of it. All in all I believe their customer base has never tasted quality Asian cuisine and accept what they get. I recommend you make...

This past weekend me and my family went to Charleston as a mini vacay. Ordered at this place. Over the phone I called back to make sure they gave me white rice for my second order since I didnāt specify. The first order was fried rice so I didnāt want them to assume. Her response over the phone was rude too . She said maāam make sure next time tell us the first time you call. āBc we already made your orderā mind you I didnāt specify so they assumed and that was the reason I called back. Not good customer service!
To get to the point we got back to the hotel and started eating there was a long piece of HAIR buried in my food, as if it was hidden not in the fried rice but the white rice ! A little piece was also in my fried rice .The lady in the front is a nasty lady I believe she put that purposely in my food since they had to change the rice out!
I did go back with my food and showed them. They refunded my money...
