#FirstTimerAlert Beautiful restaurant. The ambiance was very nice. I loved the look of the staff. There was a nice selection of the menu, lots to choose from, so I went with the Rhea's Salmon. It was topped with a creamy spinach and lump crab meat. It came with two signature sides, so I doubled up on the garlic whipped potatoes. My mother had the scallop and shrimp scampi which she said, she enjoyed! 😊 I had a little hiccup when it came to my Salmon, it was a little more undercooked in the middle. The outsides of it was fine. I let our waiter know, Jacob, who by the way was absolutely AMAZING! He was so apologetic and so sweet about the whole thing. 😩😊 I let him know that my salmon was under done and he accommodated me by not only getting me a new cooked salmon to go, but he also removed my meal off the bill. 🤯 Just truly a blessing, so I made sure I was blessing to him with the tip. šŸ¤‘ The garlic whipped potatoes were amazing and so was the salmon until the issue occurred. Also, the lump crab meat didn't really taste like crab meat but that's nor here or there. Anywho, I will be going back to this establishment because I want to try out other things that they have on their menu. It's just a peaceful place to be in and that type of peace I love. You can tell that all of the staff is very accommodating and anxious to be at your service. šŸ˜ I have pictures of both entrĆ©es but not a picture of the bread they served before the meal. That was good as well. They brought it out with some tasty olive oil, I'm assuming. Definitely stop by, ask for Jacob šŸ˜‰ although I'm pretty sure anyone you get will make you very pleased. And enjoy! šŸ˜‹ Thx for reading...

From out of town and came in for a late lunch/early dinner. I swear the bartender was the only one that actually works. My food was not great. Filet and shrimp. Filet was barely a 1/4 inch thick. Looked like a sirloin pounded down. Even the bartender was like..ā€yeah that’s not goodā€. (The filet is an ā€œupchargeā€.)

Every other staff member seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen (which is in full view from the bar) There was a heavy set guy with a beard and a chef’s coat on that kept talking about doing shots. The staff clearly didn’t care about their customers. All this guy was doing was walking around. Was he even on the clock? Most of the staff was just all in the kitchen carrying on laughing and just being loud. Pretty much reminded me of a frat party. If they devoted as much attention to the food as they did to their antics, this place might actually be good.

Classic mismanagement. Avoid. Don’t waste your money.

Service gets 5 stars because of the bartender who was pretty much doing everything except cooking!

The photo is what they call a filet. Waited a good 15mins for the replacement filet. The replacement was actually good. To the bartenders credit, he took care of the check. Again, that’s why he alone gets 5 stars.

I guess I should have not been surprised given the 3.5 stars on Yelp. You would think a chain would have higher standards for staff and quality. I have been to several Bonefish grills before and they were amazing.

Whoever the guy in the chef jacket is, here is some unsolicited management advice….if you are a manager, you actually have to manage your staff, not be everyone’s best...

Absolute WORST experience everā€¼ļø Wish I could give ZERO starsā€¼ļø James is an awful employeeā€¼ļø Was here for the Trick or Tequila event which was suppose to start at 6:30pm but didn’t start until 7pm. Employees play around a lot and move at a VERY slow pace with no regard to customers. Drinks come out but you don’t receive the food until 15-20 minutes later! The drink is to be paired with the food why not bring them out together? Food is barely warm so not sure why it took forever to receive. I asked for my ticket at 8:28pm. I had to repeatedly ask for it and kept getting the runaround. Once I finally received my ticket I was asked if I needed change and I said yes. The couple across from me got their ticket AFTER me was able to pay & received their receipt BEFORE I got my change back. The couple said he hasn’t brought your change back yet? I said no and went to find James and ask for my change. Didn’t even give me my $0.20 it’s NOT a coin shortage anymore customers should be receiving their correct coins! That money adds up! So who gets to keep all that money you’re stealing from customers by keeping their coins? It should NOT have taken 32 minutes for me to receive my check, pay and get my change! Management knew this was a ABSOLUTE DISASTER & HORRIBLE experience because he did not pass out any cards asking to leave a review. Management didn’t even speak or introduce the staff like he did at the brunch event earlier this month. Will NOT...

Dining at Bonefish Grill, I had the pleasure of sampling their signature Bang Bang Shrimp, and it was an experience that went beyond my culinary expectations. The shrimp were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and enrobed in a creamy, spicy sauce that was perfectly balanced - not too hot, but with just enough kick to keep the flavors interesting and inviting. Each bite was a delightful contrast of textures and tastes, blending the shrimp's natural sweetness with the sauce's tangy heat. The dish was served with a garnish that added a fresh zestiness, enhancing the overall flavor profile. The presentation was visually appealing, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. It's clear why this dish is a fan favorite; it's the kind of appetizer that you find yourself craving long after the meal is over. The service at Bonefish Grill added to the enjoyment, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring that the dining experience was as perfect as the food. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, the Bang Bang Shrimp is a must-try. It's not just a dish; it's an experience that embodies the charm and culinary excellence of Bonefish Grill.
