After my 4th visit to this store, (too much to text and explain) I was told (by original guy who helped me) that it would be over an hour or so to help me and no guarantee when I returned that someone would be available to help me. I was told to go to the store in the Robinson Mall (lower level) and then inquired about stores in my area. Was told that if it's a franchise that I'll more than likely have a bad experience. What a shame that this employee made a damaging remark in front of other customers. To be honest, my bad experience was with you and your store. I'm sure you made zero dollars from me but your behavior and words were damaging enough that I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND T-MOBILE TO ANYONE. I did go to the store in the mall (lower level) and that was a 100x better experience than your store. I was treated with kindness and respect from Kason who knowingly wouldn't make a penny from my visit. What a classy young man and store. Boo on you Summit Park Drive. Again, I'll never recommend T-mobile to anyone based on how I was spoken too and treated. Having issue after issue. I was told that they (T-mobile) would pay off my old Verizon phone. Huh. Took a look at my checking account today and Verizon deducted $604 out of my account. I called the store, told I had to seek reimbursement online. Wow,, how messed up is that!!! I'm telling you that the store in Robinson Mall (lower level) is by far more helpful, patient, kind, respectful, and willing to help get into a solution. This has been nothing but a nightmare. I'm so sorry to have switched companies. I'm on disability looking for ways to save money. "F*" that. Should have stayed with Verizon. No benefit in...
Read moreIf your exploring another network in order to save money...please look elsewhere. T-Mobile has the worst customer service ever. Their Customer Service is overseas and all they do is read from a script and they never follow through. Supervisor promise to follow up and they never do. You cannot reach out to anyone in the states at their corporate office unless you go into the store. That alone blows my mind! Also if you are not sure if this is going to work for you and you may not stick with T-Mobile then please don't trade your phones in. They will send them off right away and if you choose not to stick with T-Mobile you loose your phones and they don't pay off your remaining balance at your prior carrier and you are left with a debt with your prior provider and possibly no place to go. Think twice about what you do and I am so distraught with this company that I would answer any questions that you may have in regards to this. PLEASE THINK TWICE AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK! My experience has me waiting for a credit for 2+ months now since I canceled and a debt of $800 with my prior provider. Also they tried to charge me for a device that I returned at the store and had a receipt for. AGAIN...
Read moreWent into this store this morning to try to have some issues resolved with my bill. My phone bill more than doubled after adding one other line, which, to anyone, sounds ridiculous right? So I talked with Ray, who was in a HUGE rush to get my account paid, and had nothing resolved with my account. When I added the second line my account, I was told it would be 60/line. And my bill would be roughly $180 monthly. My bill this month was 240$ and I am told this will be the correct bill moving forward. Just crazy to me they get away with thievery this way to people who have been customers for years. I went there to have an issue resolved, and instead was told I canât do âsimple mathâ by Ray. I want to make it very clear that Ray did nothing to help and just kept repeating numbers to me like that made a difference in what I was...
