Avoid this location at all costs. They royally screwed up my order for an engagement ring. First mistake they made: After three separate times telling them not to sending correspondence through the mail to my billing address (I even gave a different mailing address to avoid this) they still sent things to me. The ring was supposed to be a surprise and that nearly ruined it. Second mistake: they completely butchered the size I needed. Only upon discovering the mistake myself was I able to fix it, and even then I didn't get the correct ring in time for when I needed it. I had to present my fiance with a loaner ring to hold us over until the correct ring came in, which took a month and a half. Third mistake: after taking it to a different Jared location for cleaning as I cannot stomach to step foot into this store ever again in my life, I was informed they sized the ring incorrectly, which explained why it didn't fit my fiance properly. We were forced to come back to this location to add sizing beads inside of the ring, which we were told would be no problem to add upon initially picking up the ring and trying it on and seeing that it didn't fit as we thought it would. I was presented with a sales slip asking to sign my signature. After making no mention that there would be a charge for over $100, I asked what I was signing. Only then was the charge explained to me, which I disputed. After a brief conference with the other employees in the store, the person I was dealing with returned stating there would be no charge. Only now this person acted as if I was personally taking the $100 out of their own pocket. They were completely unprofessional in their reaction as it was painfully obvious that they did not want me to have this service for free. They even pushed back "Well we are technically adding gold onto the ring with the beads since they are made of gold". Awesome. What about the gold that was cut out from the ring when it went from a size 5 down to a 3.5? Where did that gold go? I didn't get a discounted price for the gold that was cut off, and had the ring been sized properly the first time around we wouldn't have needed the beads. Do not go to this store.    Read moreI recently got my custom engagement ring and custom wedding band done at Jared. I had two really rough experiences with my ring before hand, so I was tired of it and just wanted the "professionals" to deal with it. Gregory was our primary jeweler that we worked with during all of our appointments. He was fabulous. He made us feel comfortable the entire time, and his personality was magnetic!! We would often get side tracked talking about all sorts of things while we were waiting on the CAD imaging or just for the paperwork to print. My fiance and I told Gregory at our last appointment that he would be our "go-to guy" forever, and Gregory was so excited. Colleen was not there our last appointment, but she worked in the customs department, and she was almost as excited for our ring as we were!! Colleen and I were on the same page about what we wanted for my ring before even speaking. It was like she read our minds. She had the drawing up for a perfect ring and we went for it. So I took it into this store and the representative acted as if I broke the ring even though it was still in the box and I had proof showing when it was delivered and how I immediately contacted someone to say it was damaged. I had received free overnight shipping online, she told me in store I'd have to pay for shipping or get it shipped to the store (causing me to make another trip out there when I have a job and a 10 month old) and then kept telling me I was also going to lose my $25 off coupon code making me pay more than I had already paid for the item! What topped it all off was the women in the store told me if they ordered another one it would only take a week and the call center representative said it would take a lot longer than that but he found one close by that could be shipped there in about a week and they'd resize the ring...well we're going on 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them! I will never purchase from jareds again and not only that I've already told all my friends the same horror story as well and told them never to purchase...
