We have used this company once before with great results. The second time around questions their approach to working with the customer vs. a cold corporate approach, as I will explain. Step One. We were organizing purchases in anticipation of our closing on our new home which was taking place in approximately 35 days.They told us that they would hold the pricing for 30 days but the pricing would be subject to increase after 30 days. i expected them to say, "lets see what happens and we would work with you to make it happen." Bad business decision. Step Two. The design was fantastic but the pricing was a little over the top and requested a further discount that would drive the price down. Not looking for much but asking for a little help and would have commited except we were meet with a stern NO, in lieu of perhaps reducing elements of the design or offering a small discount.Bad business decision number 2. Final Straw We changed the design to a smaller version, (To save $$), of what we required and the price went up!? Didn't understand this and the retort to our question and would be understandable if we were born the night before yesterday. Summary The product is great and the workmanship first quality, (The reason for the second star,) but dealing with so many great business in and around the area they go out of their way to help you with the purchase during and after the sale! So the question is, if their concrete attitude applies to before, during, and after the purchase, what would happen if an issue arises with the install? Long story short, they forced us to shop around and are delighted that we achieved the design, pricing with the quality we were looking for. Best of luck!

We moved from a large home in New Jersey to Little River, SC. I needed to organize the closet space we had in order to store our "stuff". My husband happened to see the store in the WalMart shopping center, so we decided to stop in and get some information. Marianne was terrific. She explained the product and we set up an appointment for her to measure our existing closets. Within a week, we were back at the store looking at what she configured for us. Marianne worked with us for over 1 1/2 hours while we changed some of the configurations - added drawers, shelves, etc. She was patient and answered all our questions while helping us to get the maximum use out of the closets. We decided to have 9 closets done; 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the guest bedrooms, 1 linen, 1 coat and 3 hallway closets. The installation took 2 days. The crew was fantastic - very professional, polite and they left our house as clean as when they started. My husband and I could not be happier. I can't believe the space I have and how organized everything is. The closets all look beautiful. I will tell you, that I was skeptical at first about how much additional space I would have, but when I saw the finished product, I was amazed! If you want quality work, then you need to call them. They are local and stand behind their product and workmanship. I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs more space and organization in their closets. The price was a bit higher than competitors, but you get what you pay for - literally and figuratively.
