I recently purchased a new washer/dryer set from Johnson's Appliances in Wildwood. The customer service I received from Nate was exceptional! He was not only extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but also very patient with answering all my concerns and questions during the inquiry process deciding on the best models to meet my needs. All the communication before, during and after the purchase was handled by him with professional and prompt return calls and up-to-date status details. He also offered additional advice about financing and rebates available to me and sent links with details about how to acquire them. The delivery and installation was sooner than I'd expected and was completed within the time frame that I needed during the busy holiday season. We recently went to Johnson's Appliances (Wildwood). Nate: Can I help you? Me: Yes. Do you deliver? Do install? Do you remove? Nate: Yes, yes & yes. Me: Load up our car. We were looking for three appliances. Nate helped weed through to determine what our needs were. He then looked through various appliances - dishwasher, range and under cabinet microwave. We selected name brand appliances. The price was right. Nate made sure to optimize a rebate. We set up a delivery date. As we were walking to the door to leave, we saw small window air conditioners, which we happened to need. Bought that, too! We were called, on time as scheduled, the evening before. The delivery and installers were on time. Jeff and Keith were courteous, friendly and careful. The installation was smooth. They explained the new appliances to us. Thanks, Nate, Jeff, Keith...

After a bad experience at the other appliance store in town, I decided to give Johnson's a try. Immediately greeted by Nate, who turned out to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was looking for a somewhat unusual appliance, and Nate quickly found four different models, and gave really useful advice on pro's and con's of each one. I had also done some research on the internet, and Nate's advice matched what I had read -- plus he knew more details. Based on this good experience, I ordered the model he recommended. Johnson's price was the same as the big-box stores, but with much better delivery services. I certainly prefer dealing with a locally owned small business whenever I can, and I'd recommend Johnson's (and Nate) and we'll definitely come back whenever we need...
