Beware! Profiling customers. Regardless they sell these items, hoodies and loose fitting pants, you ate assumed guilty when you walk in the door! Because of his atire and because he wad looking around for his family members my grandson was accused of steeling a pair of socks. I had just walked out with buying whatever they wanted for school, about 800.00 value. They didn't call PD just accused. Never saw him take anything just thought he must have. Said it was in his shirt, nope not there! Said it was in his pants, nope note there! Said it must be in a box with shoes, nope not there! He began to strip right in the syore around customets! They said he must have got scared and put it back when he saw the uneducated security guard, nope never happened! After many denials, they continued on. I returned every item and tore up my Kohl's card right there. Very Bias and profiling! No apology! Did not follow protocal! Never called PD. Never really saw anything! Called later and wanted to see video but nope can't do that! We have been a account holder and strong customer of Kohl's for many, many years spending thousands of dollars! The experience started poorly with the manager asking me if the Amazon return I was dropping off specifically designated âthisâ store. Confused and not sure what he meant or why he stopped me to ask, I inadvertently answered yes and proceeded to the kiosk. Upon arriving at the Amazon return kiosk, it was closed. I headed to the customer service desk where I was told Amazon returns were being taken and took my place at the end of an exceptionally long line. While waiting, I noticed a few employees with their handhelds seemingly wondering without specific tasks. This caused curiosity as to why the Amazon kiosk was closed and there was such a long line at customer serviceâŠ. hmmm? Questions caused by the disarray of merchandise and inconsistency between scanned prices and posted prices. Where was everybody? For 18 minutes we waited for an employee to appear and provide assistance; it never came! This was unlike any visit to the Grandville or Alpine Kohls and most likely our last...
Read moreâż We visited Kohl's to find some new dishes and silverware today. We found a modest selection and were able to settle on a pattern we liked. The dishes were marked as being on sale, so we were happy to get a 30% discount. As we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to find that they were on clearance and the discount was 60%! đ

Their card reader indicated I could use Google Pay to check out, but unfortunately it didn't work. đ The manager did attempt to help me get it to work, since she was standing close by. Unfortunately, neither the teller or the manager knew how to make it work, so after a couple tries I just used my credit card.
From an accessibility standpoint, the store was easily navigated from my power chair. Although I had a few tight squeezes, I did not encounter any areas I couldn't access. Even though they had extra products displayed in the isles for the holiday, the store was sure to make sure there was plenty of room on either side....
