I visited this permanent jewelry business to purchase bracelets for both myself and my daughter. However, our experience with the quality of their products left much to be desired.

After only three months, my bracelet slipped out, and my daughter’s bracelet started showing signs of rust, despite her only exposing it to normal shower soap and water as instructed. When I returned to the store to address these issues, the staff member immediately denied any responsibility and refused to offer refunds or exchanges, despite their claims of selling high-quality, non-rusting jewelry.

It’s incredibly disappointing to spend money on what was supposed to be permanent, good-quality jewelry, only to find out that it doesn’t live up to its claims. I caution anyone considering purchasing from this establishment to think twice and explore other options. It’s clear that the quality of their products does not match their promises, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I got a bracelet that tarnished after a WEEK not a month or two a WEEK. I Went the day after I noticed which it was a week and one day. The ladies in the store advised me to contact The store owner by email. So I contacted by email because they refuse to contact me by phone and they blamed it on the lifestyle I wore the bracelet. I would understand if it was a month or a year after not a week I'm sorry. And they advised that I should upgrade to a real gold which is 2 times as much and the bracelet I bought. I had gotten my permanent bracelet put on 3 years ago with my cousin for her birthday. A couple days ago it fell off. Since having it was a special memory for me I wanted to get the bracelet put back on. This last Friday I went into the studio and Will helped me try to get it back on. However since the bracelet chain was so old the chain links themselves were too weak. Will was so kind and helpful. He really tried to make the bracelet work again but too many chain links were not strong enough. Will made sure to check how strong the rest of the chain was and was able to make me 2 rings out of my original bracelet chain.
