Scam! Use reputable alternative company for phone repair. My phone wireless charging worked but the charging port was broken. Paid for repair of charging port on iPhone. Technician showed me the phone fully charged when picking it up. Tried to use the charging port the next day and it did not work. Two days after the failed repair, I noticed the phone screen glitching when adjusting brightness.

After multiple communication attempts with URPhone, they refused to refund my money for the failed repair. Since their failed repair damaged my phone further with a glitching screen, I spent money on upgrading to a new phone because the extent of the damage caused was unknown. I was left with no choice but to go through my credit card fraud protection service to get reimbursed for the failed repair service. Save yourself time and money by using another phone...

My wife's iPhones screen stopped responding after a month of working and not working, she was getting frustrated. So I took her phone to the store while she was at work. The reviews were positive, and I was in the area. So I decided to give this company a try. I was hoping it was something simple as a loose cable. Unfortunately the only option was a complete replacement screen. The guy replaced it in 15 minutes, and it was a little over $100. So far it's working like it did before! The new screen has a lifetime warranty, but hopefully I won't have to get it replaced.. again lol. Either way, good and fast place for phone repair!!...
