I LOVED this place! The store was great but it was the customer service that really did it for me. I haven't experienced a shoe store like this since I was a little kid. Mike was so kind, helpful and patient, getting on the floor to help me try on shoes. After all the hard work he put in, the shoes didn't work out for me AND I had lost the receipt! I called within a few days and they were able to work with me. Jessica cashed me out the first time and handled the exchange. She was wonderfully kind as well. It was worth the drive from Modesto.
