This is a nice, clean beach in Ocean City. Parking is a bit thin compared to other areas with a municipal lot available, but you can find lots nearby. Like other OC beaches, you do need to pay for a beach tag. However that means that the bathrooms are fully accessible to handicapped individuals like myself and always clean. The beach access is also good for those with mobility issues. They have a ramp down to the dunes and mats covering the sand until you reach the beach itself. Once you hit the flat sand beach the mats end. The water itself is within easy sight of where you sit to enjoy the sun, making it easy to see your family enjoy the waves.
