I broke down at the Walgreens around the corner from this O'Reilly. When I was looking for the part I needed to have replaced, the Gulfport store was the only one who could have it that day. Unfortunately, there was some confusion about the specific part I needed, and I had to have it reordered to this store for the next morning. This meant not only would I and my partner have to sleep in the Walgreens parking lot (again), but half of all the money we had to deal with this was now tied up in this pending transaction. The people at this store worked with us with what money we had to be able to still get the correct part and gave us the best recommendation for a mechanic we could have asked for. Now we are back on the road headed for Florida. Christmas miracles...

To make matters worse, I asked for help finding the correct headlights for my vehicle, providing the make, model, and year. Despite this, I was given the wrong headlights.
