If I could give zero or negative stars I totally would. I had my birthday last week and my daughter and husband got me a $300 Victoria secret gift card. I've been wanting to go in pretty much every day since I got it but my daughter begged me to wait until she could go with. Well today she had a half day at school so we decided to come spend the gift card. We live about 40 min away so it's not a quick trip for us. I also have a 1.5 year old who is very rambunctious so I brought my stroller. She has a hard time staying still or sitting but i am able to let her out in the dressing room and not cause too much issue. I grabbed almost every pair of pants in my size as well as their matching sports bras, I planned to double up on the panty deal so I grabbed 14 pairs. I also grabbed about 12 bras. I am a very awkward size, between a 32E and 36DDD, depending on the bra, so finding a good fitting one takes time and a lot of try one. Since the trip is so far out of our way I had planned on just using my entire $300 so I wouldn't need to come back. A couple minutes after I had started grabbing items a worker, christiana, came up and asked if she could start a room for me. I said no. I hadn't looked at bras yet and like to do things at my own pace and without pressure. She then asks me another 4 times with me declining. Once my bag was full she came over and literally took it out of my arms and said she was going to start a room for me. I was very irritated with her but continued my shopping. Once I was ready to try stuff on, I went to the dressing room and everything I had picked out was pulled out and separated. This was frustrating to me because I had everything put together in outfits as I wanted to try them on. I started grabbing things and trying to put the outfits back together and she literally took things out of my hand. She only let me take 2 things back and told me to come out to switch for me. So after trying 2 freaking items on I have to put my own clothes back on and come out to switch for 2 more. The first time I went out I had to wait 5 minutes before somebody even came back to the room and the second time I waited 8 minutes. By that point I had enough and I packed my things and left. Trying on 2 things at a time is ridiculous. Not only that but when I pick out clothes I try things on more than once so I can eliminate down to my favorite outfits and I also like to put things side by side. Christiana did not care. She made it very clear she didn't care if I bought anything or not and pretty much made me feel as if I was not welcomed there. If I could return the gift card I would because I do not want to spend a single penny with this company after that but I will just make the drive to Tacoma or spend it online. Anything is better than going back to that store and being treated like an inferior person by Christiana. I did mention the issue to 2 other employees that were working, an older blond lady and a younger girl with shorter brown hair. Both of them literally walked away from me. I was pretty sure the employees here got some type of compensation for sales but they obviously don't care. I literally walked into the store prepared to spend $300 and left so angry that I'm glad my kids were with me or I probably would have been a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Victoria Secret the items they have on stock and the sales. Especially the ladyās from yesterday they were very friendly and helpful. But the reason why I am giving it a 3 star rating, because I came in today to do an exchange on 3 sports bras that I purchased the following day. I came with my daughter to do the exchange but the lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my daughter. I brought the receipt and the items and told her that I tried one to see if it fits and that I just purchased them yesterday before closing. She made me seem like I was a criminal because the price tag fell off when I tried it on. She made me seem like I was lying. I was explaining to her that I put the price in the bag and sure enough the price tag was right there next to the other bras. Then from there she didnāt want to make the exchange, she was like trying to find excuses. My daughter told me, Iām sorry mom that this is happening. By then I was already shooked up on how she is making out to be. She calls the manager over to see if the bras are still on that buy 2 get 1 free, when the manager said yes you can do a mix and match. Thatās when I knew this lady was being discriminating towards me and my daughter about our race. I walked out with the exchanges and my daughter said that lady was being just plain rude. I was already aggravated and shooken up. I usually donāt leave a big reviews. After I left I couldnāt leave with the fact that what if she does that to other customers, thats when I had to call the store and speak with the manager about the whole situation that happened. The manager was very polite...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Olympia Mall VS store is not a fun place to shop right now because you cannot browse and see what is new and different. As soon as you walk in, a staff member posted at the entry asks what you are looking for, gets a staff member to take you to get it all the while asking you to blurt your size out so they can see if they have it. Then, there is always a line of people and their checkout process is long. So, it is a wait...even if there are only two or three people in the line. They have set up alternate checkout stations in the middle of the store further cramping their tight space, but you can't go to those unless you get in the other line and then someone tells you to go over to the other station. So while the two stood there with nothing to do,, we all stood in a long line until a manager finally saw and began sending people over to them when she wasn't busy hurrying people through the shopping process. If I know exactly what I want and what size, I might as well order online. Going to the store does not allow the experience of browsing and seeing if something new and different will stand out and give me the chance to try it. Or, forget the idea of looking to see if something might be a good gift for a loved one.. Probably won't go back until after the holidays when hopefully they are not trying to rush customers through a shopping experience just to stand in their long and...
