Locals — Local services in Orem

I was excited to find this store….until I needed to return an item….I had bought 4 Christmas items on October 12th and was in need of returning them. I tried to return these items on October 23rd. The guy at the register was extremely rude!! He stated they did not return seasonal items and pointed to a tiny paper sign, taped to the side of a register. I understand stores can have policies for seasonal items, but let your customers know of your policy when purchasing seasonal items. I was surprised that buying a Christmas item in OCTOBER would not qualify for a return or even an exchange a week after my purchase!! Unfortunately they have lost a customer and I will let everyone I know how horrible their customer...
