Disgraceful store. I went in with my fiance 20 minutes after we made a purchase because we never received a printed receipt and was then told they don't give printed receipts and that we would need to wait 24 hours for an emailed receipt. When we turned to walk out the lady muttered behind my back and it sound like this "never talk to me like this again".
I turned back around and she realized I heard her and instantly regretted it. I demanded a return on our items and she didn't even had the decency to do it. While we had another employee process our return the lady that made those remarks to me went to store back room feeling ashamed and most likely to talk trash about me without us knowing.
Trust me, don't shop at this store unless you are fine with Lovisa employees talking trash behind your backs or when you are out of sight.
P.S. When we processed the return we got a physical receipt. Apparently that lady talking trash was an outright liar telling us they don't give...
Read moreI like their jewelry as far as cheap, cute jewelery goes. Sometimes I think they're overcharging for "junk jewelery," but I could get over that. My issue is with the way they mislabel their price stickers, charge you more than is advertised, and refuse to give you a paper receipt at the time of purchase. They claim they're trying to be eco-friendly, but IF you do eventually get your email receipt, only then do you realize they charged $15 for something labeled $11.99, and over $9 for items "on sale" advertised as "2 for $18." Their organization is a mess as well; good luck looking at all the products crammed onto the shelves. If you know what you're getting into, you can find some unique, cheap pieces, but be a stickler at the register, because the employees are all young and don't care. I get the feeling the girls at the register are always new; I've heard them training almost every time I've stopped...
Read moreWe recently went to Lovisa at the university mall in Orem Utah to get piercings. My second piercing went great but then my mother in law had her second piercing done and despite trying to offer advice about how the piercing looked uneven our piercer Jaz argued and told us that it would be just fine that the reason it “looked” uneven was the stud she previously had in was too heavy for her ear and was pulling it down. So we trusted her because she is “supposed” to be the expert. Well unfortunately she was not correct and the piercing is uneven and she isn’t the professional that she claims to be. We called to let her know and give her correct feedback and Jaz was VERY rude, unprofessional and unkind and wasn’t willing to correct the issue or even apologize. She tried to argue with my mother in law and told her she was wrong. Jaz tried to make us pay for a whole new piercing if we wanted to get it...
