I went back and I was totally happy for less than a week. Then my lashes on the left started falling out I have now I have a full set on the right and hardly any on the left. They should have lasted longer I sleep on my right side so I shouldn't be losing all my lashes on the left. I don't wear anything with oil and I am super careful with my lashes. I am just disappointed. Totally not worth the money.

I loved the experience she was very kind and took her time. Unfortunately I am just not happy with the lashes. I asked for a dark lash line and enough lashes to make it so you could tell I had the lashes and didn't have to apply eyeliner or mascara. She did an amazing job but even when I where no makeup you can't tell I have them and I have very very short lashes so they should stand out. Also after night one I lost about a 1/4 of them which didn't help anything. I still have to wear mascara (oil free of course to save the lashes that are left). They have a 3 day guarantee so hopefully when I call she will make it right and make my lashes fuller then for sure I will change my rating. I’ve been going here for 3 years and previously had rated them five stars, loved my lashes Wei Wei did them beautifully every time. However she no longer works there and instead of letting her clients know she just didn’t show up to appointments and put me with someone else who isn’t as skilled as she was, when I called her she said she could come in on a limited basis and so we scheduled another appointment to which she no showed. Poor customer service, poor communication, when your scheduled with someone and can’t make it, call and let them know. Don’t just have someone else take over without telling them. I’ve been getting my lash extensions done by Wei Wei for a while now and I can’t recommend her enough! Not only is she incredibly skilled and uses high-quality products, but her prices are super affordable, which is such a rare combo. Her salon is so peaceful and relaxing—I look forward to my appointments because it’s one of the few times I can just lay back, fall asleep, and wake up with gorgeous lashes.
