White Elegance — Local services in Orem

I’m not one to write reviews but I was very turned off by the service here. I walked in 10-15 minutes to closing, very aware that we were coming in late but live in Lehi and was close by and didn’t want to have to make another trip. I had a baby 7 months ago and need another temple dress for my new postpartum body. I walked in and the girl there (I believe her name was Izzie) was working on the computer and she kept looking at the computer while she asks me what I’m looking for. I tell her and as she keeping working on the computer she directs me to some dresses. Then she proceeds to tell me that they close soon and that they could hold a dress up to 3 days. Clearly telling me to not take long and to not stay and try them on. Then she says, after she shows me a couple dresses “I’ve got to go back to do some closing stuff” at that point I didn’t want to look for a dress and felt very unwelcome. I can’t rave enough about this store. Not only are the styles size inclusive and made with accessibility in mind with a variety of closures and comfortable fabrics, they are GORGEOUS modern dress styles with POCKETS. And I haven’t even mentioned the staff yet. Tete helped me the first time I came in and was kind enough to call me when the right size of one of the dresses came in so I could try it on. When I came in later, Janalee was amazing, helping me FaceTime my mom who was unable to come in person. The aesthetic and personable staff made this anxious, disabled plus-sized woman feel peaceful and happy, which is NOT common while clothing shopping. I'm tall, 5'11" so it's hard for me to find things that fit me in the right places. I have tried tons of stores in Utah that sell white temple dresses, skirts, shirts etc. White Elagance came through for me!! I got a fitted white dress that is Polyester material so it won't wrinkle. It's easy to put on, very comfortable and Very Flattering on my body. I got a Great deal, if you shop during conference weekend you get an extra percentage taken off the price.
